  • Where are you located?

    We are located on 259 Stoney Stanton Road, Coventry, CV1 4FR, England

  • I do not have a British passport, can I still travel or go Umrah?

    Yes of course you can still travel either with a visa or visa-free depending on the passport or travel documents you hold.

  • Can I change flight dates or cancel my flight?

    In certain circumstances yes you can with refundable and changeable tickets, however you will be told if you have a refundable or changeable ticket at the time of purchase. Refundable and changeable tickets are usually more expensive at the time of purchase and may cost an additional fee to change or refund.

  • When should I arrive at the airport?

    We recommend that you arrive 3 Hours before departure on all flights, however the earlier the better. Additionally, failure to arrive on time and catch your flight will not be our responsibility.

  • How much baggage can I check in with me?

    Baggage allowances and policies vary from airline to airline, but you will be able to see the details whilst searching for your ideal ticket and once purchased too either by paper or email confirmation.

  • The airline has changed my flight, what do I do?

    Best thing to do is contact us by email
